competitive society.
Good athletes stay
in the game and play their best even when they are
losing. They know they will win some and lose
some. Education, life accomplishments, creative
contributions in the arts, sciences, business, and
government involve similar perseverance and
self-discipline.
Our society is
competitive, and we should teach our children to
function in competition and how to both win and
lose as good sports. Children must learn that
winning and losing are both temporary, and that
they can't give up or quit. Learning to become a
team player is an important survival tool for the
societies of the future.
We are committed to
the belief that it is very important to offer as
many opportunities as possible to our students to
gain experience from learning outside the
classroom. An extensive array of enriching
extra-curricular activities is offered.
Partnerships have been developed locally,
nationally and internationally which extend
opportunities for all.
In order to “shine
like stars” in this generation our students will
be given the opportunities and protection
necessary to allow them to aim for their potential
in a focused environment. We count it a privilege
to be part of this community, of preparing our
young people during their vital developing years
to meet the challenges of life.
